The new Hollywood Park Casino was completed in 2016 with JCJ Architecture and Turner Construction. The Casino’s tall, glass-fronted porte cochére is the front door to 400,000 square feet of gaming spaces and an interior water feature. Located on 10.6 acres on W. Century Blvd, the casino features 125 card games tables, off track betting and a sports bar and restaurant. A separate multi-story parking garage is adjacent to the Casino, which is open 24 hours a day.

This Casino construction in the first phase of the Hollywood Park Tomorrow masterplan. The previous Casino, built in 1938, featured live horse racing as well as games of chance (see History – move HPC citation). The old Casino, racing stables and grandstand were inventories, then razed in 2016, to make way for the new Casino and related development.

Hollywood Park Tomorrow is a 10 year project with mixed-use development of nearly 3,000 dwelling units, 620,000 square feet (sf) of retail space, 75,000 sf of office/commercial space, a 300-room hotel, 10,000 sf of community service uses, a 25-acre park system with passive and active recreational opportunities, and a football stadium.
