UrbanArt has partnered with the Convention and Vistors Bureau and the City of Memphis to produce a series of small anti-blight murals throughout the city around the theme: 'I Love Memphis'. The graphic for the wall at Vance and Allen was designed by local artist Matt Ladner. Volunteers coordinated by UrbanArt's Siphne Sylve and Patrick Howie of the Memphis Interfaith Association donated their time to installing the work.
