The mosaics at MATA's Third and Madison Avenue Trolley stop were a collaboration between artists Cindy Metcalf and Jeanne Seagle. Metcalf and Seagle included downtown-centric images of people shopping, riding trolleys, attending baseball games, walking dogs, and jogging through out their designs.
