ABOUT THE HISTORICAL PHOTOGRAPHS
There's something bizarre about the newer of these photographs, both of which were taken looking east on Washington Street in Brighton Center. Trolley power lines cross the sky and trolley tracks score the street, but instead of trolleys, an incongruous diesel bus floats along in an air of lost connections, unattached to either the lines or the tracks.
