Description
At the Tijuana/San Diego border, Artist Ana Teresa Fernandez visually erases the train rails that serve as a divider between the two countries. She paints the rails sky blue to create a "Hole in the Wall". This public artwork is a conceptual piece, yet most importantly a peace offering though minimalist muralism, using paint as a weapon or eraser rather than an addition.
