Artists Claudia Reisenberger and Franka Diehnelt of Merge Conceptual Design enliven the 150 ft. retaining wall around the Rowan Dozier Bus Layover station with colorful plant motifs representing the local flora of East Los Angeles including Bird of Paradise and Eucalyptus.
