These are two award winning subtropical urban townhouses were designed to fit into one of Fort Lauderdale's most historic neighborhoods. The design solution was to bisect the long narrow lot allowing pedestrian access off the alley and vehicular off the street. The foundation system is designed to accommodate the rood development of native oak and gumbo-limbo trees.
